Explore the charming town of Llangollen on this self-guided walking tour. You’ll visit the town’s top landmarks including St Collen’s Church, the historic bridge across the River Dee, and its iconic canal.

The tours are GPS-enabled. To start the tour, simply visit the start point, pop in your earphones and hit ‘Start Tour’. Your guide will give you full directions, but there’s also an onscreen map if you’d prefer to use that.
All of our tours are created and narrated by locals who are passionate about sharing their country with visitors.
The Llangollen AudioWalk begins outside St Collen’s Church.

You can begin your AudioWalk whenever you like, that’s the beauty of a self-guided tour. It’s also possible to pause the tour if you want to explore the area around you.
Can I use my tour on more than one device?
No, once you have activated a tour on your device, it can only be used on this device. However, we do encourage you to share the tour with friends and family. You can do this by sharing a pair of headphones or taking the tour using your phone's speaker (ensuring not to disturb others around you).
Is the tour suitable for dogs?
Yes, everywhere we visit on the Llangollen AudioWalk is dog-friendly.
Is the tour suitable for wheelchairs or prams?
Yes, the Llangollen AudioWalk is suitable for wheelchairs and prams. The last stop is on Llangollen Wharf so you will need to take the accessible path rather than the steps to reach it.
Is the tour suitable for rainy days?
No, we wouldn’t advise you take the tour on a rainy day as it’s an entirely outdoor tour. You can always pause the tour and complete it later or on another day if the weather takes a turn for the worse.
